This theme is not as advertised regarding the demo data.
The demos featured for the OSWAD demo import data do not work, and it appears to be a problem dating back years according to the customer comments.
1. There was the issue of "Import Failed" each time I attempted the import.
2. I contacted support and they ultimately got back to me and said they were able to successfully import the demo data and that I should reload.
3. I cleared the cache and reloaded my site in my browser, and my site came up with dozens of missing images and spinning loading icons that never resolved.
4. Just in case I misinterpreted their instructions I attempted to re-import the demo and received the "Demo Failed" message again.
Clearly this theme has many bugs of which have been unresolved for years.
I've requested a refund.
I have installed this theme the same with the demo for your site, because we use the sample-data.xml therefore we added the image sample for your site. You can change those images by your images.
If you want to install the full package the same with the demo site, we will give you the full package, I don't know what version do you want to install. because our customers use their images therefore I use the sample file.

Although the previous version was full of bugs they managed to solve them with a new update.
I believe they could have answered all my questions in the support ticket about those bugs in order not to trying to solve them by myself.
They were the best support of guys, solving my problems quickly and correctly.
Solving problems requires some patience, and you need to have some basic knowledge.
Beyond that, no one can really help you.
