very nice theme. excellent support

This is my first time i get so poor theme - a lot of bugs, very few options. You must do everything manually. I spend 3 hours of wondering why my revolution slider buttons don't work and the reason was the overlay. Very bad documentation. Very few comments you cant find anything there. In fact this theme is a real time looser!!!! I spend few more for every change i need - believe me i have a lot of experience and i have made a lot of sites!!!! I don't make this comment public because i don't want to make you bad.....but i'm so disappointed.

I’m rating this 5* as the customer support is top notch. The theme itself is well designed and looks pretty good.

The support from the developer of this theme has been amazing. Even after my support period ran out they continued to provide assistance - Thank you!

The theme works very smoothly and is very intuitive. It's made my life very easy and because I liked the design so much I didn't even need to change much of the layout.

The only feedback/suggestions I could gove would be to provide more options in the theme settings (eg. Remove pre-loader screen, change contact from date layouts etc) and then possibly add some built-in optimisation tools like other theme devs do (eg. Lazy Loading)

Other than that, I'm still a very happy customer.

Magnificent. Very powerful template. Fast and patient support. Very simple to customize even with custom css.

Also support is A+++, very fast answers and solutions.

I had a small issue with installation and wrote an email - it was 23:14 CET - and I got response within 3 Minutes. This is probably the fastest rection time i´ve ever senn in the last years here on envato
