Thank you for your feedback! Indeed VamTam page Builder has limited functionality compared to the Visual Composer. That's the main reason we keep it. This is a niche theme and barely 5% of the buyers ever need more than what VamTam builder has to offer. In our opinion Visual Composer is an overkill for niche themes. Nevertheless, we made our themes compatible with it to serve that 5 % of the people.
So if you are not happy with the default builder you are free to use Visual Composer, Elementor or Beaver Builder.

This theme was not user friendly. I tried placing my logo and information in the top bar, and it repeatedly did not translate to the page.

Thank you for your feedback and I am really sorry for your experience. Logo must be in the header, there is no way to move it to the top bar without Custom Coding. But why would you do that, it doesn't make sense?

This them is very well designed and easy to customize (it was my first experience with wordpress!!!).
The help desk is great!! People from help desk are very professional and very helpful; i was able to fix everything thank to their advice and for some issues they fixed them for me.
