Customer support does not answer.
I love the design and it's easy to use. It's not overly packed with features so it's lean and fast but still does what is promises. I hit a little snag but customer support helped me pretty quickly.
I just really like this theme.
This is a beautiful theme. But it is so hard to customize and they offer NO SUPPORT!!! Do not pay for the extended support because you will not get it!!!
The theme is beautiful but... sometimes it hangs on the loading screen, especially from mobile devices :( wish it was possible to disable the loading screen so visitors could actually see the site.

The theme works well, but it quickly becomes complicated when you want to customize and install plugins.

At first sight, the theme seems really cool. But after using it myself, I got in so many problems.
The ajax version of the site does not work with visual composer custom css. It also does not work if you want to install another plugin. The plugins do not get loaded correctly or not at all. The non-ajax version is slow and is not why I bought this theme. The non-ajax version still had some bugs and I had to edit some lines to make the theme work.
In the end it took me tons of hours to edit multiple system files to make it work with plugins. I would say I semi-custom made this theme to make it work for me.
If you want a site exactly as the demo, it's okay to buy this. If you want to add 1 or more plugins to this theme, don't buy this. It's too expensive for what you get,
