The theme is amazing and the customer support is even better. They reply super fast, are always polite and very helpful. It is clear they want you to have a good experience with their product and enjoy it to the fullest.
I tried another photo theme before finding this one and it was no where as versatile as the Retine theme.

The support and flexibility of this theme is really the best I experienced so far. You get answers to your questions mostly within a day sometimes even after a few hours.
The quality of the widgets and items is really high.
The only thing that would be really awesome is a detailed how to guide on every item there is, because there are so many! The demo installation didn’t work on my first project do to server problems and the documentation only covers the basics. So a detailed how to guide would be on my wishlist!!!
