NOT RESPONSIVE – really???? didn’t realise – what a waste of money – who in 2018 wants a website that cant be used by mobile devises!!

I’ve set up a website with this template, but I don’t seem to be able to get the contact form to work. I edited the .php file, changed the email address and the error messages. When I click submit on my website, I just get a blank fancybox pop-up, and the email isn’t being send. The website is: www.photo-mat.be

It may be a server issue, did you try with a plugin such as: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/ ?

I made the website in dreamweaver, to avoid using Wordpress. So, unfortunately I can’t use the plugin.

Another update: I uploaded the orginal template to my ftp server, and only changed the email address in the contactform PHP file. This is also not working.
To test the email ability of the server, I uploaded a test script, and that works like a charm.

Sorry, I thought you were talking about the WordPress theme. Anyway, that sounds strange because I’ve tested it again on my server and it works fine. Unfortunately we don’t have any chance to investigate further at the moment – I am sorry – so feel free to request a refund. Regards, P.
Hi, I bought the theme and tried to upload the zip file to wordpress but it fails because the “style.css” file is missing. I can see that in the unpacked zip file – any thoughts why it wont upload?

Unpack the file you’ve downloaded first. Inside the extracted folder you will find the theme file to be uploaded into WordPress. Cheers, P.
Hi is there a way to remove the ‘Browse All’ link from the Portfolio section? I only want 4 portfolio items, but when I click through ‘Browse All’ to the portfolio page there is a large white footer at the bottom of the page because I only have 4 items. I’d rather just remove the Browse All link than have that. Thanks!

helpme please, I bought retro and I can not install it. He says that does not include either the document template and CSS. I tried to install the .zip I’ve downloaded within that zip there is no other . Tambén I uploaded via FTP intentdo the carpeto named Retro Portfolio. I need and install it!

Pleas unzip the file you have downloaded from Them3eforest first, then upload only the theme’s zip file into WordPress.

Please unzip the package you have downloaded. Inside the generated folder you will find a folder containing the documentation. By the way that is WordPress, we recommend to follow some WordPress tutorial for beginners you can find on Google.

Hi there – I purchased this a while ago and I realize you can change the “colour” of the pages backgrounds but I was hoping to have a background image of each page. Is there any easy way to do this? I updated the theme file recently and manually doing that looks more complicated now…

I bought this template a while ago and my contact form was doing fine by the time I installed it but it just stopped working for no reason.

I’ve just tested the contact form with a Gmail account and it correctly works. Please restore the original contactform.php, set your email address (line 26) and try again. Please also consider that many receiving servers will simply ignore the incoming message if it does not meet certain criteria. So in case it still doesn’t work I suggest you to try with another email address.

the next previous botton of the galerie doesn’t work.. why ?
My client is considering buying this template for his site because he likes the fixed header and overall design. He doesn’t really like the “one page” as much. (He wants separate page addresses for SEO purposes.)
Is there an option to this theme to accommodate separate pages? If not, I understand – just have to ask!

Hi, In both iPhone and iPad, When pressing the video links, the window pop up but the video is not playing and the window remains white. The problem also occurs in your HTML template. In the word press version and on desktop computers everything works fine.

Yes; using their universal iframe embedding code. When triggered via the icon in the portfolio on ipad/iphone, it just gives me a blank frame. How can we tweak this (fancybox/.js et c.) so it’s a fully functional template? Thanks.

The Vimeo problem is now fixed but for some reason, the scrolling feature isn’t working on Iphone and Ipad on the new template. it was working before (For example, When you click on the portfolio link at the top, it used to automatically scroll down to the portfolio section, now it doesn’t do it anymore. again, the problem only occurs since the change and only on Iphone and Ipads, on desktop computers it works fine.) Can you please help? thanks.
