To many bugs and cant get support

Hi,
There is no known issues if you are using the latest version of the theme. Please note that we had "support vacation" enabled last week.
Purchased this theme for an urgent project; seems to be a lot of issues and bugs. The Slider Revolution does not work - cannot change or access (broken code), and issues with WP Bakery. Cannot edit or update the site. Have submitted for support help; but overall disappointed that this theme isn't updated.

Doesnt work with latest version of Wordpress
I love this theme and get many compliments on it! When I have had issues with errors or functions not working as expected, I reached out to support for help as I was stuck debugging. They were able to explain to me how to resolve the problems and provided files to fix it. I have had many theme designers who when you ask for help, your messages are ignored. So I appreciate Oleganax time working with me and quick response.
Very responsive and information provided was very helpful. Shortly after they explained what was up, we were able to fix it.
I've had this theme for a few years now. This is awesome! The amount of work they do to keep this up to date is fantastic. If you keep your theme up to date, which the author provides, you will have a solid site. If you don't keep it up to date then you really don't know what you're doing and should pay someone else to run your operations.
The negative comments made here just make me embarrassed for the people that post them. *sigh*

No idea what you mean by that but it is a good idea to contact support if you have some concerns instead of leaving negative rating. Bad rating won't help to solve your issues.

This theme sucks. The downloaded latest version of the template is not compatible with woocommerce and you have to update the theme to get it to work.
The theme is outdated and should take off the market.
Total waste of money.

This theme does compatible with woocommerce. Yes you need to keep your theme updated, like any other theme.

Our theme is compatible with WooCommerce 4.0.
We do want to assist but you are not willing to renew your support which expired 4 year ago.
Great Theme! Easy to use and customize. I wish updates would come more regularly though.
Run the other way as fast as you can. This theme is a mess. The Envato support tech I hired couldn't upload it. Customer service is rude and a joke.
FIND A DIFFERENT THEME!! There are so many bugs, plug ins not updated, versions not compatible. One step installation, my eye!

Hi, I believe that your review should be addressed to the tech guy who couldn't install a theme since you already found another guy who was able to do this. Also you could simply provide access to the admin panel as we asked so we can assist you with the installation but you found some other guy instead. So I don't really understand how we can't help you if you don't want us to help you. If you believe that there are any bugs in theme then it would be a good idea to report them so we can fix them, this is what the support for. Plugins are updated and compatible with all the latest versions you just need to install the patch as it is described in theme description.
