i bought this theme a long time ago, i don’t have active support. Actually when i bought it, the support was forever but since its changed you can help me if you think it is fair.

im using this code to display the category next to the date but its not correct code because it shows the wrong category.

I still enjoy very much the them but I am facing 2 issues.

I just moved from http to https and…

1. The site does not show the logo. Even if i try to upload a new one.

2. All translation was lost in the process and the site does not seem to reconize any .po files anymore.

This concerns only the fallowing terms:

_ Must read (breaking new/top bar) _ Search (top bar) _ By (by ‘author’s name’) _ Previous/next article _ Back to top (bottom page) _ Read full article ( _ Read full strory (slider home page) _ More story (Bottom page, pop up windows) _ Share on (bottom of articles)

And maybe a few more but not much.

Everything was just fine and I really don’t see why it would not work on https. Any clue?

The theme should be able to support such a migration IMHO… I do hope it is the case.

Sorry, all is good and back to normal. For all those facing similar issue, here is what I have done.

_ Upload the theme as if you are upgrading to the latest version.

_ Rewrite all the translations in the .po file and put it in the appropriate language form.

... and tadaduummm. it works

Even if I had done all this and had already the latested verison of Rigel on http (which is getting old by the way) this is the way I used to sort the issue with htpps.

Ho, and dear ThemeGoods,

I like you very much and had almost no issues with the theme for more than a year but I am out of delay to enjoy your impressive support. Thank you for everything.

However, I know it is a ‘free’ market, but paying $41.30 for 6 months of support for an item I paid $59 a bit more than year ago is a bit… extreme. It is a supermassive turn off.

Just imagine: you buy a computer and enjoy a support for a year, Then sorry but for 6 more months of support you have to pay 70% of the value of your computer… just to have access to the support…. nothing else.

Maybe Apple or HP should copy your business model… dunno… just an idea. I would like to see how people would react to similar practices.

We understand your point but it’s not us to set the support price. It’s Envato market policy and when you bought theme in this market you can see that limitation or policy.
