I am experiencing difficulty editing front page elements on my website using the Rima theme. I am unable to remove or edit existing elements, but can add new elements which appear at the bottom of the front page. I am requesting assistance in resolving this issue. I reached out to the author and I have not gotten a feedback for the past 3 days.

Hey there, I was able to get this theme installed in WP, but when I go to customize, I just get a loading screen for at least 30min, unsure if it was going to “pop up” later, but I don’t seem to have this issue with other themes. I tried updating chrome, customizing in edge, but no luck. Also in order to even get the theme to install correctly, I had to unzip the initial downloaded file and select the “rima.zip” file within. When I select the actual downloaded file, WP shows that the “style.css” file is missing, but obviously that is contained in the “rima.zip” file within the entire package. I hope this makes sense. Let me know if/what screenshots you may need.

Hi, there is no subscription plan feature. You can find some plugin for that.

Hi, be sure that you did not use “image” post format, otherwise you have code to disable featured image. Please, provide url.
Hi! I checked it, but all my posts are set as ‘standard’ posts so I don’t think that is the issue

There are a number of reasons that an automatic update could fail. This issue can happen with some servers when using the automatic update.
Could you please try manually reinstalling Rima Elements? To do so, download the Rima Elements plugin here:

Not able to currently. I am using this theme for a blog. I really like the side layout where the featured image is placed to the right of the text on the desktop, but on the responsive site when the site is viewed on a mobile phone the feature image is not displayed at all, its just a text posts.
Is it works in the same way on our demo? Can you provide your site url?
Apologies, the site is not live still in development. I was hoping the theme would be fully responsive but the layout with side image is not, I was hoping to see if the page layout with the side image could be amended so the feature image could be displayed on the mobile site as thats where 80% of my traffic is.

There is an issues on your site. It seems that something wrong with Fast Velocity minify plugin, try to clear data in this plugin, clear cache if you use some cache plugin, otherwise try to deactivate those plugins.

Another question: I changed my lay-out to your Gutenberg lay-out, but I cannot manage to change content at the widget section. It still shows my logo instead of the image I uploaded and all other content cannot be saved… How can I fix this?

I am responding to advice you gave me in another comment regarding what to do after installing the theme and Plug-ins.
I am currently on the WP Bakery Builder Plug-in Settings selected from the left side-bar on WP. I have noticed that for Default Template For Post type (which includes: posts, pages, header etc) the template drop-down where you select the template for each type is blank. Am I required to install something from my Theme file folder so that I can select a template for each drop-down option?
Also , having trouble getting started with building the site. Are there no templates for each page already made up so when you enter WP Bakery Builder you can automatically select and drag/drop each page into your WP Bakery space which will build the page?

There are no templates in the WPBakery, however if you import demo content you can use imported pages and modify it to your needs.

When you imported demo, go to pages and use page that you like, you can edit it with WPBakery page builder.

Hi, I have imported demo data paloma and then edited pages with elementor and it worked fine. at one point I don’t remember what I did but the menu layout wasn’t there anymore. Any idea on how to have the same menu as paloma? Just a quick question; I updated the theme and now all wp bakery settings for my have been wiped. I re-installed the demo-data of the main demo, but the homepage of that demo is not listed in my pages… how can I fix this? cause my site is mess right now…

There is no way footer menu. You can create your footer layout and add menu. Try to use custom footer and create your footer with WPBakery pgae builder.
