They didn't do updates right after I bought the theme... so maybe 2 years now.. and it's totally unbelivable... because of the security and 3 new WP versions...

The current version of theme and plugins listed in change log should work correctly with the latest WordPress version.
The theme will be updated, however, at the moment we don’t have an ETA when the update will come out.
You should know that in case you need latest version of any bundled plugin you can submit a ticket at our Help Center or, if your support has expired, you can contact us through this email (just add your purchase code in the mail) and our support agents will provide you with latest version.

We do think it is rather unfair to rate our theme before you have even contacted our support at our help center for assistance.We would really appreciate it if you could submit a request where our support agents can help you for sure.
Once checking we could not locate any request created by your Envato username, and if you possibly do have one please provide us with your request ID so we can check.
We do hope that once this is done that you will reconsider your rating.
