Hi im experience issues after theme and plugins update, my website is just a blank white screen and when i enable the debug mode i get errors about Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function wp_body_open() in /wp-content/themes/tm-robin/header.php:34
when i edit the file and remove this line everything works <?php wp_body_open(); ?>
i also have no theme options available to do any customization to the theme itself.

My site is under development on a local server but i see you have the same issue on your demo page https://robin.thememove.com/interior-shop/. Also you can edit or ad it in backend editor, and when you ad it in frontend you can’t see it in backend. Thank you for your immediate response!!!

Is there any option of payment gateway, can we add other payment option except COD?
You can set up more payment by going to Woocommerce > Settings > Payment option (for Paypa, Stripe, etc.)
You should use the plugins that support these payments.

I cannot Submit a support ticket on your support site. I updated an existing site with an outdated version of Robin. I repurchased Robin, and Now I get PHP Fatal Errors. I have tried to submit a tickeet on FireFox and Chrome. No Joy

I just tried to submit a ticket again. I still get a blank error that pops up when I try to submit the form. Also, I have to manually enter the key. The form just resets itself too if I try to verify purchase with Envato.

Theme compatible with WP 5.5?

Yes, we have checked and you can update your site with WP 5.5 now, Robin is compatible with this version.
After theme update, product page hover zoom is not working. Tried to switch to twentytwenty theme and it is working. Please can you confirm.
A bit more information: Looks like theme is not yet fully compatible with WooCommerce

Hi – thanks for that, I was told the opposite by this guy, I dont know him but he said that if we purchase wp-bakery your theme is a theme that comes with their plugin – which i am sure is incorrect – i just wanted to check with you.

I have a problem with the gallery format on the blog posts. When I press the imagen on the post It opens a lightbox with all the images used in gallery posts and repeat the images twice. I want that but only showing one time the images of the gallery. How can I do that? I have only upload like 18 photos but the gallery shows 36. Something like that.

However, if you still want to edit it, you can edit code and layout. You can decrease the width of content and increase the width of sidebar.
