I’ve imported the template and only have access to the header image, how do I add and edit the other sections??

All good, I figured it out!

Alrighty..

Cheers mate

Hello, why do the photos warp when viewed on the mobile phone? thanks

Hi,

Could you send us screenshot of the email and send it to info[at]giantdesign.biz

Thank You

Nice Design. I’m new to mailchimp and email template builders like this one and am curious about the export/import process. If i wanted to use this in a mailchimp campaign, am I right in saying I would export the content and then import into mailchimp as html?

Pretty much the same. But for More info on the documentation on purchase main files.

Cheers

Dany

No worries… Thank you

Mobile version delivered through Stampready looks like trash, definitely not formatted correctly. Same issue as the comment above, small/left justified…Nothing like it looks in the Mobile Preview of the editor. I did nothing to the module code except comment out some footer links. Most ppl view email on mobile now, surprised this issue hasn’t been elevated to the top and resolved.

Hi, Could send us the file that you modified to our email info@giantdesign.biz, so we can see which line of code that you commented out that make the email view in mobile look bad. And which outlook version did you use. Thanks.

Thanks for the quick response. Replied and sent info to email above, however: -Even unmodified code sends weird on mobile, all I did was edit the text and add some images. -It’s an iPhone, not using Outlook for mobile, just the default iOS 11.2.6 mail reader.

email sent, Problem resolved. Thanks

Hi there, love the look of the template but having a bit of trouble with consistency. I have done test emails thru Stampready to myself which is a iMac and I look at it thru gmail and outlook and it looks great. But then I send the same test to some of my colleagues and theirs is stretch out or things are somewhat moved around. BTW they are looking thru outlook too. Any advice?

hi could you sent us the screenshot via email info@giantdesign.biz and what version of outlook does your colleagues using.

Hello! I see someone already asked this, but the question was answered via email… I’ve imported the design into MailChimp and have access to edit everything except the header image. Mousing over that doesn’t provide the option to swap for a new image. Is there a trick here? Something else I should be doing? Thanks so much! We’re excited to implement the design for our 2018 newsletters!

Hi,

Mailchimp editor currently only support changing background image that was style in css only. Our email template code support background image for Outlook which is using vml code, that’s not supported yet via mailchimp editor yet or Gmail that support inline style only.

There are two ways to change background image for mailchimp campaign.

1. Copy and replace image background: Find image file “header-bg.png” in folder “02-Email_Templates\01-Mailchimp\img”. Edit that file with your image editor such as photoshop or any other image editor that support PNG file. Save that file with the same name as before. Then zip file “rockefeller.html” and “img” folder, upload that new zip file that you’ve created to mailchimp.

2. Using Stampready editor: Login to stampready.net, create an account if you don’t have stampready account (it’s free). Goto folder “02-Email_Templates\04-Stampready” then zip the “Reckefeller_mail” folder if there are no zip file in that folder.

After you’ve login to stampready, usually you’ll be viewing “New Campaign” page, if not go to menu (in the left side) “CAMPAIGNS>New Campaign”, then click “IMPORT TEMPLATE” (at top right), then choose “ZIP FILE”. Upload the zip file that you’ve created before in “04-Stampready” folder, then click “USE TEMPLATE”, add the campaign name and then click “START EDITING”. Create the email design you want to send.

After you’ve done designing the email, click “EXPORT” in the left menu, then choose “To Desktop”, give a name for you template, then click “INCLUDE IN FOLDER” (it will copy the images that you’ve change in the campaign design to your computer, select the folder you want the file to save to.

Now open your mailchimp account then create “New Campaign”, when you see the “Select template” page, click “Code your own” then click “Import from zip”. Choose the zip file you’ve saved from stampready editor. then click “Upload” button. If you happy with your design then click “Next” button (remember to test your campaign before you send it to you clients).

If you have any other question about rockefeller template, please send us an email using support section.

hello, i just sent a test email to myself. looks great on desktop but not mobile. suggestions?

yes, Inline Mail

i assume this must be installed on a hosting plan?

assigned domain etc?

the header image 660×440 won’t update in mailchimp template after creating a new campaign. I can’t mouseover the block of text and edit the background image or text. What’s going on>
