Hello, WordPress 4.5.2 running RocketApp Version 2.2 using Visual Composer Version 4.7.3. Problem is, VC is not loading – so I can not edit my pages, it stays on load. Please let me know what to do. Thanks.

We’ve just bought the template and installed it.. so far so good! But we do run into a few problem.

1. When I want to edit a page in visual composer back-end editor it keeps loading and I dont get to see the rows and columns that I usually see when I work with VC.

2. I bought a new license and It wont take my username, API key an License in settings.. It keeps saying that its default information.

3. Is it possible to make the sticky menu that comes down white and the text of the menu gray or black (*the menu that pops up while scrolling down).

I need to have the ability to add a comparison chart between the features of our app and a competitor. Does this theme support some sort of a comparison grid functionality in it to make this happen?

Something as simple as this would be great:

Just a grid with a feature list and two columns to show our app versus the competition.

I cannot get the visual editor to work. I have tried uninstalling the plugin, and even the entire theme. I’ve tried Chrome, Safari and Firefox.

When I click on an element on the backend editor, nothing happens. When I try the front-end editor, it will let me fill in the blanks, but never populates the page.

Am I missing something?

Good morning. I have a problem of moving website on the other server. It looks like a character encoding scheme is ruined and I get only unreadable characters. Do you have any suggestions how I can solve this issue?

I have purchased your theme. I see that the VISUAL COMPOSER was not letting me change items. It then read ACTIVATE LICENSE FOR VISUAL COMPOSER. I thought when I purchased the theme the plugin came with it.

NOnetheless, I went and purchased the VISUAL COMPOSER PLUGIN and have activated the plugin, but the plugin in not working. Please advise

I’ve recently bought your theme RocketApp. I’ve tried to set up the demo page in order to edit it with my app info, and I cannot find the demo-content.xml that you mention in your help documentation. It seems that the demo is not included in the downloaded package. Could you send me the files needed to setup the demo?

3 months ago someone wrotes you that your VC is not compatible with new WP version, now I’m trying to run it on WP 4.6 and it’s not working at all!!!
