However, I cannot update WPBakery Page Builder to the latest version 5.7 When trying, I receive the following error message:

‘Update Failed: Incorrect license key.’

Since WPBakery Page Builder came with your product for free, I’d like to know how to fix this.

Hi, Having a hard time getting help on this theme. I have tried to import the theme into wordpress and 6/9 plugins wont install for the theme. Also the theme does not display the same way as the live preview did? I would like the theme purchased to display the exact same way the live preview does. Can anyone help? I have also submitted tickets with no answer. Much appreciated.
