When I install roisin core I get a critical wordpress error

i need the demo import. i have met the server specs. adjusted php settings. system info: PHP Memory Limit 256 MB PHP Version 7.4.30 PHP Post Max Size 256M PHP Time Limit 300 PHP Max Input Vars 5000 Max Upload Size 256 MB
but import hangs on 80%. Then i tried the WP import tool with the adjustment in php class file but pages looking stranges. No idea what to do now.

yes i know about the resources and i adjusted all the settings but still it hangs on 80%. Then i tried the xlm import with the code adjustment but al the elementor pages are a mess. What can i do? i never have this kind of problems. you guys really need to fix this

more than 6 months without a theme update? no support for wordpress 6? are you going to discontinue the theme?

We are constantly working on updating all our themes. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out, however you will be notified via email when the new update is online on ThemeForest.
If you are running latest WordPress version, please try using this plugin as a temporary solution if you run into issues with widgets on the latest WordPress version.
Newer WordPress versions introduced block based widgets feature, so we do recommend using this plugin which reverts widgets back to classic as a temporary solution until we add compatibility with block based widgets.

I can’t import the demo. It stops every time at 24%. I’m using a MAC, and I’ve tried from Safari and Google Chrome, which didn’t work. So I’ve also tried from another computer (not Mac), which didn’t work either. It just stops at 24%.

Unfortunately, we can not recommend you any 3rd party plugins since we haven’t tested them and can not guarantee they will work. There are a lot of plugins available and it is not possible to test our theme with all of them. Our main focus is to help with built-in theme functionalities and supported plugins. We cannot give you an exact recommendation as we haven’t tested such plugins with the Roisin theme and we cannot guarantee its 100% functionality. Thank you for your understanding.

Regarding the issues you have with widgets, please understand that we didn’t include compatibility with the latest version of WordPress just yet and we are working on adding compatibility for that version as well. By then install and activate Classic Widgets plugin.

Once you purchase any of our themes you will get 6 months free support period and you can also extend it – General Info On Support Expiration.
To register theme on your new domain it is necessary to deregister it from your old domain. At the moment theme is registered on this domain http://127.0.0.1/wordpress542-roisin so please try to deregister it by following instructions from this article – Deregister Qode Interactive themes via the Help Center and after that you will be able to register it on your new domain.
We can also deregister purchase code for you, so please let us know if you want us to.

How can I enable coming soon page?

Please try setting page template to “Qode Blank Template” (please see screenshot). This way page won’t have header and footer and you can add content which you want to display as your coming soon page.

My client likes the theme, however few questions are there:
1. Can I add video on the home page background instead of image? 2. Can I have an embedded YouTube video in products gallery on product details page? 3. Can I connect the video and images to aws bucket? 4. Plus, can I display different prices for the same product but with different variations? 5. Finally, Please share your price for these customizations if some of them are not available with the theme.

Thank you for taking interest in our theme.
1. You can use video background for sliders and also as background for sections.
2. There is no option within the theme to use YouTube video in products gallery, however you can embed YouTube video on product single pages in the “Description” tab ( please see screenshot ).
3. The media for WordPress is stored in Media Library. You can try achieving this with some 3rd party plugin.
4. The theme is fully compatible with WooCommerce and you can set variable products by following instructions from official WooCommerce documentation in this link.
5. Unfortunately, customization of theme’s functionalities and template files is not included in theme’s support and it is something you would have to do yourself or hire a 3rd party to help you with.

1. Yes it is possible for sure, however it is not presented on our demo website. But you do have an option to add more than one image as well as choose if the thumbnails will be on the left side or below the main image.
2. Yes it is, the theme comes with regular version of Elementor which is more than enough to achieve anything you do see on our website demo.
