about to switch my host server, and was wondering that since we have to input our purchase code and purchase email, for our single use license will i have any issues switching from one host server to my new one?

so i transferred my site to a new host and roua is telling me to register my code and email…. when i input the information i get:

“Oups! It seems like the details you entered are not correct.”

why would it be doing this?
