The developer of this template is highly responsive and has extremely reasonable customization prices, always responding within 12 hours to each email. He completed all my requested customization's within hours and is even willing to make video tutorials for me so I will understand how to update the site in the future.

I also contacted half a dozen other people, and this developer was by far the most fast to respond and most reasonable for customization costs. I highly recommend.
