Hi,

I am using Yoast SEO Plugin, I setup Primary category for each product, but some times the same product also linked to another main category.

On the main category loop it show the categories above the product title, but i want to show only the Primary Category.

Primary category is the category that appears in the breadcrumbs and probably you need to customize breadcumbs according to Yoast plugin docs http://prntscr.com/ti0sc8 https://yoast.com/help/how-to-select-a-primary-category/

To set the primary category on the shop page for the product card (above the product title) you also need additional customization because there is no such option in the Royal theme. You can submit additional customization request here.

Hi there, I have been using your theme for a while but recently the ‘related products and up sells’ do not display on a single product page under the products. It just shows ‘our offers’ and ‘related products’ but no products. I have checked that the related products are filled in under product data and I have also checked the ‘display related products’ is turned on in the royal themes sections. Does anyone know why it would stop working?

Hi I can´t install demo data in setup wizard. When I try to do this the process never end. When I try to upload the demo data it keeps loading and never ends. I left it for 2 hours and the process never finished, I only see a message that is uploading and does not finish.

I am getting this message (You have reached activation number limit.) I sent two messages couple of days ago through the contact form on your website to reset the number of activations. I had to do a lot testing and different server types and modules to make my final decision. So please check the messages and reset the license activation numbers so i can start staging and production.

have a question, can we use the same license for multisite. So instead of having a dev and staging before production i use multisite subfolders for staging then the main domain for production. So pretty much i wanted to know if we can use same license for multisite subfolder / subdomains

If you develop new projects (no matter if you use the multisite subfolder, or subdomain, or real domain) you need to use the new license. You can’t use 1 license to activate theme for different projects. 1 license can be used for the 1 project https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard

okay understood, so since i know that by details, can you tell me if i deactivate the license from the main domain, will it work once i activate it on the proper production multisite subfolder of that same domain? so i can use it on the right place. Or is the deactivation button there for no use. Cause my last issue when i deactivated the license from the staging site and wanted to use on the different domain production the deactivation process was not helpfull. Sorry about all thses questions but i wasnt sure in the begining where i would use the royal theme since a lot of changes happened in my project

Hey guys, I purchased this theme a couple of years ago and I need to update it. I am trying to find where to download it from but it isn’t in my account. However ont he page it says my support has expired, which means I have purchased it.

How do I have access to my download?

Hello,

You submitted the refund request on 1 October 2018. Theme was refunded. You don’t have right to use Royal on your site if it was refunded. That’s why you don’t have access to Royal theme in your downloads area. To be able to use theme you need to buy license.
