I love the design and UI but it has Too many bugs and they can't event fix it, I want a refund!

design good, support not available. Tickets will not be answered. Lots of bugs. Can't understand how you can offer a product and support it so badly and not develop it further

The technical support they provide is slow, it takes days and the theme is very simple, some functions do not work and it has many errors.
