Greetings. This is a great looking theme thus far. I am just started maintaining a site for a client who already uses this theme and had a quick question, that you came close to answering about 3 years ago for a user “sayyam”

I see that if you go to a page with only one image (http://rttheme16.templatemints.com/about-us/), you can right-click and Save Image As, but when there is multiple images/gallery (http://rttheme16.templatemints.com/product/product-name-9/) and open an image, you cannot right-click and do a Save Image As with your demo.

Is this an option in the settings somewhere to make it possible to do a Save As, because my client really needs this to function the site properly.

The lightbox gallery does not allow that. Its not possible.

How can I change the height of the crop for the portfolio section?

Now: 280px on 160px..

i need 280px on 280px for example

in setting i use – Crop Portfolio Images.- ON

i found answer. in file – portfolio_loop.php – i change

// Resize Portfolio Image if($image) $image_thumb = vt_resize( ’’, $image, $w, $h, ’’.$crop.’’ );

on

// Resize Portfolio Image if($image) $image_thumb = vt_resize( ’’, $image, $w, $h=280, ’’.$crop.’’ );

hi, I bought my site 3 years ago, still love it. now I’m making some changes and have, I assume, a simple question.

on the home page where you have “Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipisicing elit, sed do eiusmod tempor do eius mod tempor labore et dolore magna aliqua. Ut enim ad minim veniam. ” in your demo…..where do I find that on the wpadmin to make changes to it?

The homepage is template driven. templates you control the layout and design so the answer is yes. If you are refering to the accordion slider then the answer is no. That is not possible by design of the slider.

The theme supports wpml if you want to build a Multi language website.

If you want to build a single language website then the answer is also yes. The theme comes with a language file that you can translate into spanish to change all strings the theme uses in the frontend into your language.

The theme admin area is in english and not translateable.

Fatal Error -cant login to backend

Hi, we get this fatal error on one of our customers websites which has been set up with your theme and we cant login in our backend anymore:

Fatal error: Cannot re-assign auto-global variable _POST in /kunden/........wordpress/wp-content/themes/rttheme16/rt-framework/classes/admin.php on line 540

Hi,

Try and update manually wordpress, the theme and rename the plugins folder. You might have a plugin conflict.

In order to resolve the issue I want to ask you to check all steps below as one might be causing the problem you are expiencing. This will speed up the process of resolving the problem and or narrow it down to the actual cause.

1) Make sure you have a complete backup of your current wordpress install and database. Your hosting CPanel or admin area will probably have a option to create such.
2) Make sure you are using the latest version of the theme. You can check that at themeforest at the account you bought the theme with. If you are using the latest build please try to download the latest version again and re-upload the theme by usage of ftp upload overwriting the one that is in there to rule out any wrong theme code.
3) Undo all hardcoded theme adjustments (php, html, or css)
4) Remove any (manually) added (java) scripts in the theme settings, theme core files or widget area’s
5) Turn off the child-theme
6) Turn off minify and/or cache plugins
7) Turn off all your plugins (except the ones coming with the theme) and see if the issue resolves.
8 ) Check if the issue occurs in all browsers and if possible on mac or windows and on another pc.
9) Check if the issue also occurs in the default wordpress theme when its a plugin related issue.
10) Check the server error logs on serious messages and or contact your hoster to check that for you.

If all does not help create a forum account and confirm you did walk by all steps and post a thread on this.
