The banner box does not support shortcodes as it will break the design and working of it. It is not supported on purpose. You can try a codebox or a textbox in a column.

Some of templates are outdated, can you please let me know how to resolve this issue. I thought the new release of RT17, it should fix the issue, but it didn’t. please advise.

archive-product.php, content-product.php version 2.4.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.6.1, content-product_cat.php version 2.4.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.6.1, woocommerce/emails/customer-processing-order.php version 1.6.4 is out of date. The core version is 2.5.0

We have missed to update the version numbers of the templates but rest of their codes are up to date and compatible with WooCommere 2.6.1 You can ignore the message of WooCommerce or manually change the versions numbers. Been using the theme for a few years now, and recently came across an issue with your theme and the WPML Plugin…

This was sent to me by WPML support staff as we tried to trouble shoot some translation issues.

If you switch to other themes, the correct post ID is shown, but with your theme, it remains the same. (this is the case with the most recent update of June 2016 for this theme)

The issue with your theme seems to be that the post_ID is always the same for all the page translations.

You can check this by adding the following code just before the code for the subtitle in page_content.php

<?php echo the_ID(); ?>

Looking to purchase. When viewed on a mobile if the menu on a site has a lot of items in it then you have a long long menu to view which can get quite annoying. Is there a way to fix this ie for mobiles you can use a different menu?

You can maybe use the Ubermenu plugin if you want a different menu layout and mobile menu. But i must admit i have not tested this with rt17.

Or another plugin that replaces the mobile menu only.

There is also a way to hide menu items on mobile so the mobile menu is smaller.
