Many bugs, no response from vendor. No updated version.

Documentation is poor, admin interface is weak on many features, and customer support asks you to jump through hoops to get answers.

It's not a bad template and generally works as expected. There are a few bugs and it does add considerable overhead to your server.

Documentation is limited, many features have no documentation. (No docs for their custom store finder, configuration for default grids, sliders, and most menues) Limited support for configuration through Magento admin.

Some configurations for colors and styles however they do not work system wide. For example, if you change the button color and background, it doesn't pickup buttons in the header or cat page switchers.

There are lots of other quirks... Again it's not bad, but be prepared to invest a lot of time unless you want the basic 'out of the box' configuration.

Fast and helpful support.

Two previous reviews removed by Envato. I will not be censored. I had many issues, more than 100 supports and skype talks and the worst documentation that I ever seen. Many configuration is missing at panel you must do it manually.
I NEVER REQUESTED CUSTOMIZATION SERVICES, only requested missing functions and undescribed items that not have compatibilitty with all magento estructure.
I updated this theme to solve some of the issues but the theme not supported the new version of magento as described. I was forced to do a roll back and the support lost all my homepage and I was forced to start from zero.
There is serious compatibility problems, ex: Amasty OSC, Product Zoom, Color Swatches PRO and many others extensions and companys(mirasvit, mageplaza) I neved had any problems with ultimo or claue theme for example, so rubix theme not match magento default, otherwise it would also work perfectly.
If you need to buy some extensions for your project this theme is not for you.
Rubix not provides many things that is described ex: ajax load more for catalog, Instagram extension never worked and all theme demos uses paid plugins like snapwidget to deceive you. Many another itens only works with simple products so if you are using configurable products 50% of this theme is useless: product labels, product countdown, homepage widgets and other things. The Author lies that is not possible but the true is that they did a lousy code work and simply not code the functions completelly. The proof is magento marketplace, you can find extensions that do all that was promissed and are missing here.
My project finish 5 months late because theme incompatibility and issues, my support time is ending and still have many unsolved issues. The author requested more money, so I thing he create problems to sell solutions, it's shamefull.
My tip for those who are reading: This theme is very beautiful but the functional part is very bad and I do not recomend it. I'm warning you.

Best customer support, best code quality and the team is best in their technical knowledge, in short totally worth purchase this theme for your magento, documentation is such easy so that least technical knowledge person also able to install the theme on his/her current magento.

Very nice theme and really great support. We had some issues with checkout and we couldn't fix it. Even if the problem was also in my default theme, the support team fixed this for me. It was a problem with a Plugin. I would highly recommend them

I am a beginner with Magento, so i was happy to see the theme was very easy to setup and where help was needed, the team provided great and fast support with a good solution. I use the Rubix theme for a furniture webshop, but i can easily see this theme being used for other webshops like fashion and jewelry. I can recommend it to anyone!
