impossible to find how to upload to wordpress on godaddy. there is no other guide for installation other than cpanel, and its not possible to enter cpanel in my case.

i need to just activate the theme and the support team didn't solve this issue till now .. more than 4 days for just activation!!!

I started with Saasland about 2 years ago, and back then it looked and feeled great. Last 6 months are poor in terms of
- updates - one update every several months, very minor, seems like no real active development is happening anymore.
- quality - performance tests are poor in terms of SEO, compatibility and speed, their mobile version is failing most of speed tests (you can check it by testing even their demo site)
- bug fixes are not persistent between updates. I submitted several bugs into their support, they provided me with PHP files to upload manually, and then in future updates they are lost and overriten, (not included in updates). Very weird
- Bugs, bugs bugs... mega menu is still failing on mobile, even on their demo site. Click on any top item and it stops opening submenus.
- plugins, especially ACF PRO occasionally dissapears (404) from their servers, preventing both update or install. There is no way to update it in place because the key for ACF is not shared. You have to uninstall it and install it again
Overall I recommend to look for a more robust and popular theme (more actively developed) if you want stable and longterm support

Another great thing that I liked about this theme is that it does not require a lot of paid plugins and everything is petty simple someone who has knowledge should be able to edit it quickly.
customer support is excelent but it would be appreciated to have more specific tutorials and video to fix some little customization yourself.
First time tried this item, error importing the demo.
The bug support solution is just simply... upload a backup and erase all our changes. Worse, we cannot login back to the admin page.
The response time is after 23h. Each time we pose the question immediately, the answer arrived in the next day, which prolong the problem duration for a week to be completely solved.
I feel bad because they theme is pretty good and compatible with plenty of plugins we need. However the support quality is not worth 60$. My point is, the good template does not worth 60$ if it is not operational.
A lot of bugs, hard to do basic stuff
Installation fails on wordpress. You're supposed to get support but get no response. DOES ANYBODY TEST THIS SHIT BEFORE RELEASING???
Anyway, stay away from this piece of crap.
Template vendor got hacked! Do NOT use those themes. Also the Template Demos dont work anymore.

The theme provider offers exceptional customer support. Their team is responsive, knowledgeable, and always goes above and beyond to help with any questions or issues. I have been consistently impressed with their level of service and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality themes and excellent customer support.
I can't use purchase code on other site. What to do?
Tons of bugs. Spend countless hours trying to customize the website and opening tickets. Cannot customize most of the premade sections unless you have advanced CSS experience. Website is also incredibly slow and had to hire a professional to "clean up" the website. Also has a lot of errors causing the website to crash. Definitely unhappy with the purchase. Looks great on the outside, really bad on the inside.
I love the Saasland theme so far. The demos are robust and easily editable. There are hundreds of customization inside. But most importantly to me, when I ran into an issue the support team was super fast and helpful. <3 it! Looking forward to trying out different demos for other sites.
