Hi cellstarwap, We have never changed the name of the theme. We have designed and developed this theme inspired by another theme, but this is not the same product, neither the same company. You can reach out to the company you purchased the theme from and ask them for help.
But I purchased this same theme template for my website, from themeforest.net, same exact theme. So if it’s two different companies, how come i have your template on my website, if it wasn’t purchased from you people?

Hello there, Themefrorest would have record to see if the theme name was changed. And I can guarantee you that the theme name was never changed. We Published this theme on 10 November 2021 and since then the name was never changed.
Even if the name was changed, you will still be able to download the theme. We are not allowed as authors to change the files name, we have to request this change from themeforest
No i don’t think you understand what am saying. the previous company Sacredia was selling this same theme on themeforest market, becuase i have it on my website right now, after they close, their operation in early 2021, then this company Sacreva appeared on themeforest market selling the same theme, but with a 2-letter different in the name. No more Sacre’dia’ but now Sacre’va’
So am not doubting that you guys started this new operation on 10th November 2021. So, can you explain to me how I have your theme on my website before then? Which I bought before 10th November 2021 which was the publish date.
Because if you are a different company like u claim, and you heard me making these allegations about this theme, and you are not even bother to look into it, then my point is proven, so I will let themeforest look into it like i said.
Because all I need is my new license for my theme that I already purchased since 2020.
I comprehend your statement that you purchased a theme named Sacredia and now assume that we are reselling the same theme with a different name. You can perform a quick search on Themeforest to see several products with different names sharing two letters difference. However, having two letters difference in the name does not necessarily mean that this is the same theme. You can scrutinize the code structure and the design to validate this. We meticulously built this product page by page section by section, and I personally selected the images for this product.
Regarding your comment about closing a company and starting another, I am not certain what you mean because it does not make sense. Why would someone close a company and reopen it? Additionally, my account is biometrically verified with Themeforest, which means we cannot have two accounts, nor can we close an account and reopen one without any reason or approval from Themeforest.
We are not concerned about any allegations you are highlighting, and we will not bother investigating them since it is not part of our job, and we are confident in what we design and develop.
If you purchased this license, you should have it in your account. I suggest that you follow up with the company that sold you the theme back in 2020.
I purchased this theme from you guys and apparently you guys change your name from Sacredia to Sacreva, but I wasn’t informed, so I wasn’t able to upgrade my theme for the longest while. So, I am now reaching out to you for help to get reconnected.

Hello there, If you mean that you don’t want to show the website prior to customizing it, you can add coming soon plugin. If you want to customize the theme on your server prior to uploading it to the client’s server, then you need to use all in one wp import plugin to migrate the site to the new environment. If you want to use the theme on two different websites, then you have to contact themeforest support to help you, if this is possible. We are the end client who will be using the theme. We need your help to understand how to keep active production (www.abc.com) and non Production (staging.abc.com) at the same time.
You can install the theme on the same domain that’s not going to be an issue. and you can migrate the content between both sites using a plugin. If you are facing any challenge in installing the theme twice on the same domain, let us know.

How can I rename the custom post type name, for example I want to rename Ministries to Publications for example. I understand we can change the slug but, just changing slug is not enough, we need to change the name also.
Hello there, unfortunately, this feature is not available at the moment, you can find and replace Ministries and replace it with Publications in the code, but this will break your website if you update the theme, You can also use the child theme to override the name. Or you can use a plugin to add a new CPT. We are looking into adding this feature, but I wouldn’t suggest you wait as it will take couple of weeks before we rollout the next update.
