I see it says “Gutenberg Optimized: Yes”. Does this mean that all Pages and Posts can be edited with Gutenberg Editor?

We have a client who likes this theme a lot, but we can only buy it, the if client can change the content with Gutenberg. Because we created other websites for this client and he is only used to the Gutenberg Editor. If we have to work with Page Builders like WP Bakery to create the pages as in preview, then this would not be an option, as it is not user friendly.

Dear gentlemen, I would like to know if I can edit and remove the sidebar in the home page, and I would like to know if I can keep the shop page without having the “add to cart” button (because I don’t sell directly my products with an e commerce, but I want my clients to contact me before ordering)

I doubt between Sada and another theme (Carrino). I like the clean look of Sada, however I miss some features that Carrino has, like the specific home page (including the slider) and the category tags above posts.

And then later when my shop is ready, I can add shop system on web?
