For your posts this article might help you here and when it comes to the Social Links you should on your page, when you click on Edit navigate to the bottom > Elated Content Side Area, set the right side to Yes, and choose the widget area which will be displayed.
For this we used the Content Side Right Area widget, so navigate to Appearance > Widgets and check if you have the Sahel Social icons added to that widget Area.

Neither of those worked sadly, and I cannot put in a support request as my support has run out and it won’t let me. For the side area, I do not have the Content Side Right Area widget appearing in my widget area. I tried putting it into side area the widget area but no luck. Re the categories I had thought of that and that is not the issue as it is set to all categories. Any help is appreciated.

Hi There! Loving the theme so far, very aesthetic. I’d just like to change the name “PROJECTS” to something else – ie. when viewing a single portfolio and you have on the left side ‘previous project’ and the right side ‘next project’ – and below the ‘related projects’ - I’d like to change the word ‘project’ and ‘projects’ to something custom.
Oh and also the slug “websitename.com/portfolio-item/portfolioname” – I’d like to change ‘portfolio-item’ to something custom as well.

To translate/change any label inside the theme or bundled plugins please follow instructions from this article – How To Use The Loco Translate Localization Plugin. If you cannot locate some label inside the theme please try adding translation for Sahel Core plugin or other bundled plugins and search for labels there.
To change slug for portfolio single posts please navigate to Sahel Options > Portfolio and here you can enter new slug (please see screenshot).

Our dev team is working hard at the moment on updating all our themes. We don’t have any ETA when this update will come out, however you will be notified via email when the new update is online on ThemeForest.
If you are running latest WordPress version, please try using this plugin as a temporary solution if you run into issues with widgets on the latest WordPress version.
Newer WordPress versions introduced block based widgets feature, so we do recommend using this plugin which reverts widgets back to classic as a temporary solution until we add compatibility with block based widgets.
The theme is compatible with PHP 8.0, however, we haven’t tested the theme with PHP 8.1 yet.

Dear Elated Team, Unfortunately my support of this items has expired. However, I do have a very small question. I have added my own logo everywhere except for the pre-loading ‘Sahel’-title (the very first things to appear upon loading the page). I’ve been looking everywhere but can not find any option of changing ‘Sahel’ to my own brand name. Thankful for any help and advice!

You can change the text of the preloading animation in Sahel Options > General. First set “Enable Preloading Animation” to “Yes” and “Loader Style” to “Loading Title”. After that you can enter text you need (please see screenshot).
If you don’t want to set this globally for all pages, then you can set “Enable Preloading Animation” to “Yes” and “Loader Style” to “Loading Title” in Elated General options on the individual pages where you want to showcase preloader.

I have done exactly that, but it’s not working. I have added my own logo name to the field, exactly as in your screenshot, then save the changes. I can see my brand name is saved there but on the mainpage, before loading anything, I still get the ‘Sahel’ logo.

It could be that different preloader options are set on that page. Local page options will override global theme options and you can find more in this article – The Global And Local Settings Info And Troubleshooting.

This worked for exactly one page, which was the home page. Most of the other pages do not have that option under their local ‘general Elated’ settings. Is this different for every page? I am a bit irritated at the moment, to be honest.

Hello, I would like to buy Sahel Theme but I don’t like the mobile’s header. The Logo is always very small in the mobile version. Is it possible to have the logo in the middle of the header in the mobile version ?

Unfortunately there is no option within the theme to place logo in the middle of the header on mobile, however there is an option to set logo height for mobile (please see screenshot).

You should know that you can now easily deregister your purchase code via our Help Center by following instructions from this article – Deregister Qode Interactive themes via the Help Center. If you are unsure about the domain where the theme was previously registered, you can enter any url (like google.com), and in the error message correct url will be written.

I noticed that the widget area of the theme were empty after the Wordpress update (I also had to download Widget Classic because I had a critical error) When I want to import the options of the template (to put them back as before) I have a critical error too.
Is it possible to restore the originals widgets areas via “backup options”? And if yes, where to find the code to import the original widgets of the theme? Thanks
