I designed many websites, but this theme is driving me crazy. Theme options are absolutely chaotic!! I set the menu font colors in options and saved them, but there's no change even though I purge cache. Then I try to go to widget option already furious, and I get an error saying "there has been a critical error on your website".

It could be that different header and logo options are set on the page. Local page options will override global theme options and you can find more in this article - The Global And Local Settings Info And Troubleshooting.
Also, if the "Header Skin" option is set to light or dark, menu items will always be either white or black and the color options set in Main Menu settings won't apply, so try leaving it "Header Skin" option as default.
Please check if you have updated the theme and its plugins to the latest version listed in change log. The compatibility with block based widgets was added in latest theme update and the error you are experiencing can occur if you've updated WordPress and the theme is not updated to the latest version.

After you update the theme all of the bundled plugins with available updates should be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins.

That's brazen! I rated the theme with 1 star because I couldn't use it because it was offered totally incompatible to WP 6.0 and I should upgrade it down to WP 5.7???
This rating is -without information- not visible anymore?! In the meantime the theme is compatible. But that doesn't change the mentioned fact at the time of my rating. The practice of deleting unpopular reviews after the fact I find completely unacceptable!!!!

Love the simple & chic design. I can't code, but I do demand certain level of flexibility in customising the template layouts into what I wanted. Sahel is exactly what I wanted to build a Portfolio site - easy to use and able to custom Portfolio page layout. If I encounter an issue, help centre usually return my request in 24 hours.
I've tried other themes, those having too many functions confuses me and those simple ones could be very constrained. I should have purchase this theme earlier :).
Extremely delayed and disgusting customer support. Buy it only if you have your own tech team.

Just Perfect
Very slick, nice and beautiful. I love the feeling (design) of this theme. Very pleasant. For those addicted to QODE Bridge original theme, it has some differences to get used to in the page parameters.
The customer support were always responsive and helpful.
