The theme does not import the demo I want and it has so many bugs, have contacted developers no response. I want a refund because this theme is not working and am not getting the support i need

Great theme. With few coding skills I could customize almost everything. Elementor makes it very easy too.
I really hate this. Customizing is really really difficult. Can I return this product.?
