Thanx, I checked the templatedetails.xml file, those icons had default values setup for them, I removed it and they are now gone.

I have various subcategories and need to menu to work like an ‘accordian’ type menu where only the main categories are visible and the sub categories are only shown when clicked on the relevant main category.

I’ve tried to setup the module like this, but I’m having some problems, how can I do this?

What is the module you are using?

Under Categories filter Settngs, I’ve used the following: Other Settings: • Order of categories: Category Tree • Display Type: Link

Category Tree Settings: • Tree Mode: Top Level Only

as you will see on the page, the menu is always “expanded” and all sub categories are always visible

When you click on a Main Category the icon to the left changes to either ”+/-”, but the sub categories does not open or close

After submitting the ticket I did not receive an email with the ticket ID, on your ticket site I clicked on “Forgot tracking ID” – used my email address – I then see the “Success: Tracking ID sent!” but I don’t receive an email with the ticket details. So I’m not able to view the ticket?

Please don’t forget to check junk/spam folder. If you still don’t see the email, then i think your email server was blocked our email. So just give me your email, i will search Tracking ID for you.

Thanks for purchased our template. I’ve checked our live demo but don’t see the problem. Menu Page is external link with URL = #. It’s mean we can’t click to this menu item. Could you please explain more details?

The Menu point “Pages” was a bad example sorry. The Services Top menu for example is an alias to Services-1. Portfolio top menu point is an alias to portfolio-3-column. What is odd is: If I am on Portfolio Top level then click to another submenu point I cannot click back to Portfolio top level anymore. This happens on all Top level menu points with submenupoints. The same issue happens on a level 3 submenu. We can not go back to the parent. click around you will see what i mean.
