Hi! Just wanna help. V18 bug report + simple feature proposition 1) Icon element forces accent color (custom color for icon and hover color are overwritten with !important of the accent color even when it’s set to custom color in Icon element settings) 2) In Salient options in Accent Colors there should be a way to create new accent colors (many) that appear then on that list in many elements to pick from. Thanks for reporting that – it’ll be corrected tomorrow! I appreciate the request as well. Currently, you can add additional colors through a filter in your child theme, but a UI would be easier

All of the interactive features we create are conditionally loaded — meaning their CSS and JS only run when needed. They’re also custom-built to stay lightweight and avoid heavy third-party libraries, so the overall performance impact is minimal.

Thanks for opening a ticket earlier. For anyone else who may run into a similar issue with missing theme option styles: the main issue was that the WordPress Site/Address URL didn’t match the site protocol (HTTPS). This can be resolved by ensuring the correct protocol is entered in WP Admin under Settings → General.

I need assistance with an issue on my website https://aidear.com.my/ , which is currently using Salient Theme version 18.0.
When I go to WP-Admin → Appearance → Menus → Add Menu Items, no items appear under Pages, Posts, Products, or Product Categories. All sections are empty, and I am unable to add anything to the menu.

Hey atlantchiropractic, you likely have an older stylesheet hard-cached by your performance plugin. Try fully disabling the SiteGround Optimizer plugin to ensure the fresh assets load. If the issue still occurs, please share the website URL so we can take a look.

Just confirmed, it’s Siteground Optimizer plugin. Disabled it. Installed LiteSpeed Cache instead. Working now. Guess have to wait until SIteground updates it’s plugin. but working fine on my other website. Thank you

Great update. These latest updates are very nice and creative but I think it would be best to add new corporate style designs. Not everyone wants huge fonts and fancy animations.
You have some but those are already old. Would you please consider for next big release?

and from inspect console just after siteload “The resource https://heavenly69.com/wp-content/uploads/salient/ebda5817f2693dd8c5e683224ecd70f7/XoH62YHtS7q969kXCjzlV0aSkS_o8OacszacvGHE.woff2?v=1764030494 was preloaded using link preload but not used within a few seconds from the window’s load event. Please make sure it has an appropriate `as` value and it is preloaded intentionally.

Wow, what a beautiful theme, you are always ahead of the rest.
I installed the theme, but I unable to see the right column content to be able to edit those in the back. It shows blank column on WP Bakery. However it shows on the live site exactly as shows on your demo. I’ve searched the code and I don’t see the content such as 23 Insights. Please advise.

This might sound like a dumb question but with these new updates, will our previous theme version be safe to upgrade and keep the style we originally have built into the site or will this update override some previous design settings?
