I got this theme to help with my friends personal job and for some reason I can’t open the document file online to assist me in editing and doing the theme. If I can’t get the simple things from paying so much for a theme then I want a refund.,

Hello I have set “Salim Skyscraper” as home page (a static page as suggested in manuals). Now I wanted to remove Salim construcition logo but unsuccessfull. I have tried to open every possible tab in wordpress editor and I have clicked on every possible link/option but still nothing changes. I have even removed that photo from media and uploaded my own photo and still nothing happens. Also I cant find way to remove search and shopping cart icon from header so I am wondering if it is even possible? Furthermore I cant update WPBakery Page Builder because it says I need to activate it, shouldnt that be included in this theme? Finally when I go to pages > Home – Skyscraper why I cant from there change header text/logo etc., why I can only edit RevSlider and below?

Hello I have already installed wordpress and activated your theme but now I would like to reinstall complete wordpress and install wordpress + theme once again (same domain in both cases). Is it possible to do it? If I reinstall wordpress, will I be able to use your theme once again no matter it says “You have 1 license for this item.”? Thanks in advance!

I have set Home – Skyscraper as my homepage and enabled header tool bar. How do I remove Search and Shopping Cart icon from my header toolbar? I have tried to go to Pages and there within “Home – skyscraper” change it with visual composer but from there I cant see header toolbar.

Hello … What exactly is the problem?
The website keeps kicking me out of the backend and I was told from Godaddy that there may be corruption somewhere in the plugins or within the theme. I dont want to go through the trouble of customizing my site and then have to start from scratch because a malfunction happens like this. I already lost whatever I’ve done so far and I think its only fair to get a refund considering we just purchased it.
Please check the following:

1) For the mobile view, the slider does not translate well.
2) How do you make the footer only have 2 widgets?

Hi Nile-Theme, I’m facing one more problem. I have changed primary and secondary color in salim theme options setting. But its not get reflected in web page. Do we need any to clear any cache or re-install the theme?
Change colors from the settings page. Please go to the page you want to modify & go down to the bottom of the page and modify colors

Dear friends, I did it, I change the colors by the Dashboard and also change the main and second variable color in sass, then I replaced all the css files and the color still be the same :/
Hello JahdielSantander … We tested the color change and there is no problem. No need to modify the sass file. Change colors of Panel control room or from the settings page. Please go to the page you want to modify & go down to the bottom of the page and modify colors
