Hello, i have add link to anchor on my menu, but when i click to the link it scroll to the target but the menu is still open, there is a way to close menu when we click to a link (specialy a link with a anchor) Thanks.

Hello, I updated to the latest version 2.1.2 but the WPBakery still asks to be updated. It is currently on 5.4.2 but the latest is 5.4.5
I have already tried by deleting the plugin and reinstalling it using the “Install Required Plugins” option.

This is the worst template I’ve ever bought since I was a member of the theme forest. Unmanageable template admin, inoperable translation option. The booking plugin is not lifelike. If I could do it, I’d get my money back.

Oh well that is not the issue, in the STORE page it is all dsplaying correctly… the issue is in the homepage, when i insert the Woocommerce Recent Products Module it displays funny unless i set it to show 6 columns (items)... anyways once i set it up to show 6 items (columns) it shows up ok on desktop, but on responsive it breaks into 2 columns and doesn´t display the products correctly.
In the other hand, https://axiom.ticksy.com/ won´t allow me to submit a ticket, it keeps asking me to verify the purchase with envato but niothing happens when i hit the verify button.
Im having issues with the displaying of the Woocommerce Recent Products module in the homepage.

I figured out the issue but thanks Axiom team I had planned to send an email in the morning thinking you were already gone for the weekend but still I appreciate the late night response.
However in case anyone encounters the fee and end time sitting on top of one another on the booking screen on mobile devices here is my scenario.
I had times listed but also a booking fee. The booking fee and the end times were collapsing looking like they were on top of one another making the fee and end time unreadable on mobile.The property that resolved it for me was the line-height property in css style .booking_line_30 buried at wp-content/plugins/wp-booking-calendar/public/css/mainstyle.css .
Changing that property from 30px to 50px fixed the time and fee “sitting on top” of one another.. Im sure there are other css properties I could have tweaked but this fixed it right away for me. Again Thanks Axiom team for the same day response I think might have been after hours it was appreciated.

Hello! From ftp I see the folder name of the theme as “Tattoo”. Now I have downloaded the latest release and the name is “Barbershop”. What should I do? Upload the Barbershop folder and rename it?? Thanks!!
Barbershop zip file contains both dark (Tattoo) and light (Barbershop) versions of the theme. Please unzip main zip package and you will find the corresponding folder – “tattoo”.

It may happen if you remove old theme folder and upload theme update as a new theme. We recommend simply uploading the files to existing folder and overwriting the existing ones.
Please try this solution – navigate to Appearance > Theme options and click Save button, it should fix the issue.

How to change the default logo in the home page? I found that the file is located at /wp-content/uploads/revslider/barbershop/logo-slider.png but can’t find where to replace it.
I tried uploading my logo to that location but it doesn’t help.
Nevermind, I managed to change it. Deleted all default logo-slider.png files and uploaded mine using the Media uploader. Worked fine.

I have a problem with the official Facebook Messenger addon and this theme. It is blocking the script. Messenger addon does not show up on the page. Any idea what could cause this?

I have tried 3 different plugins, none of them work with this theme. It’s like something is blocking the fb script to run. Any chance one of the devs can take a quick look?

I just have been notified that there is a problem when using other browsers than Chrome. Fonts and formating is not the same in other browsers.
