The HTML templates are not compatible on accounts configured on Gmail that are not of Google account (ex: @mydomain.tld)
How do we use this in Gmail/Google?
Hi. If you mean sending templates directly from Gmail, then you can’t. Gmail doesn’t support sending HTML templates. We rcommend using email marketing services for this, for example MailChimp, Campaign Monitor etc.
