Hi dear,
We already explain two variants of this theme available
1- King Composer Page Builder
2- Elementor Page Builder
You are using theme with king composer page builder now if you want to use other variant having elementor then you need to add sections again. How its possible king composer sections works automatically with elementor too.
If you don't know how it's possible then create a ticket on our forum as you have said your support is expire then no need to worry contact with support team on our email id along with your site admin panel info then fix this issue.
It's not a big issue.
Secondly, If you don't like this theme then send us refund request so we approve your request so you can buy any other theme.

When I try to update, the social icon on the top bar, it is not showing or visible in the browser (Chrome, Firefox)
the themeforest is good, but I have some the problems because I am not very professional. Much thanks for the after-sales service, they have very good trained consult service, I will buy more next time. Good.

Nice theme, fast response and good advice by support to fix issues.
Its so hard to use theme without custom header and footer (like elementor pro)! i have to pyy morey for html code
