I purchased this theme a few years ago. At first I satisfied with this theme, but over time I can't access theme options. And some features just doesn't work. I tried to contact the support, but no response. Also, I read that in comment a lot of people complain about some bugs, and the author doesn't respond. It should be a great theme, but customer support is terrible.

Theme looks excellent and highly customizable. Also, I have to say that the support team is really helpful. I recommend it.

The author obviousy has no plans to provide any updates despite telling customers for the better part of a the past year that an "update is coming soon", even for the most minor issues like including the post-date tag on posts and archives. I mean seriously, why wouldn't this tiny bit of code already be included in the theme?! Seems like standard WP 101. Kind of bummed I shelled out the cash for this and then went through the hassle of configuring it for my site. I will be looking or a better solution.
Funny thing is that this seems to be VERY common here with Envato/Themeforest; I honestly think you get better products and service with the free stuff out there.
