Thanks for nice and very elegant theme. But I have Woocommerce post checkout 503 ajax error when trying to make order. Under the log file it problem with Sante core plugin (it works when i disable it). :cry:

Guys, I don’t know what game are you playing, but every hour that passes is money and clients lost.
YOUR TEMPLATE IS A STORE, AND EVERYTHING ITS OK, EXEPT FOR THE FACT THAT THE STORE DOESNT WORK, you can not make payments and there is no way to fix it other than destroying the template by disabling the “sante core plug in”
We have spent days personalizing the store, design and photos and now we will have to make all the work again because it doesn’t work, the main function on a store is not working.
We havent even have a response or message from you…
Please if you can not solve this we need a refund.

Hi There, I just love the theme! I need a new theme and I’m interested in purchasing this one. But before I do, I do have some pre purchase questions:
1. After a customer selected a product or products, I want him/ her to be able to select a free postcard with that purchase. This free postcard is available in several options, which I want him/her to be able to choose from (max 1). Do you have options for that in the theme? What are these? 2. I assume the order of sidebar contents be edited? 3. In the demo, on this page: https://sante.qodeinteractive.com/shop/ when you want to use the price filter and if you already have an item in the basket, the basket opens over the price filter. Which is annoying as the mouse is then not even close to the basket icon. Can that be fixed? 4. There are related and featured product possibilities, but do you also have a recently viewed option in the theme that can be used? 5. Is it possible, in the checkout, to add a second order notes box? I need people to be able to add order notes but I also need an open text box for something else. Also, is there a max. Characters to this open text box or is that adjustable?

Thanks for taking an interest!
1. The theme uses WooCommerce for its shop functionality, and such an option is not included but could possibly be achieved with some of the WooCommerce official extension.
2. Yes, you can add your sidebar content and rearrange the order of it for sure.
3. The cart is open if you hover over it, if it is not hovered over it will stay closed. If we somehow misunderstood you on this please let us know.
4. Unfortunately we do not have such a feature within the theme, however this could be achieved with some third party plugin or WooCommerce official extension. Do note that we have not tested any third party plugins with our theme and cannot guaranty theme compatibility but you are always opt to test this on your end.

Thanks for the quick response. What I mean with my third question: What happens is that the basket also opens, when I hoover over the price filter (when there is an item in the basket). And that is quite annoying, as you want the basket to open when you only hoover over the basket. But now it already opens when the pointer is way below the basket icon. I can’t share a screenshot, but maybe if you replicate it you will see what I mean. If a customer has an item in the basket and searches for something else, by using the price filter, now the basket opens over the price filter. Hope I explained it better now All other answers are clear, thanks!
