The email builder is NOT good. I cannot figure out how to use my own images, which is something that should be easy to do. I have used other email builders that are far more intuitive and easy to use. I have no desire to use images from the internet – which seems to be the only thing you can do in this builder.

You can’t upload images directly from your computer into our builder. All your images have to be in free access and you should use URLs to them in our builder. We sent you email with more details.

Okay, I have designed a newsletter template, but I cannot get it to import into MailChimp. Please advise how I can do this. MailChimp is not recognizing anything I try to upload.

I have 2 questions; 1) can I use this template for Mailchimp and adjust it there? 2) Can I still use this template for Christmas 2019? Thanks Martin
Hi Martin. 1) You can use and edit the template in Mailchimp, but you will have to resize all retina images. Because Mailchimp removes the attributes that we use in the builder. Also, Mailchimp does not support background images for Outlook, unlike our builder. We advise you to use our builder to create and edit, and then export the plain HTML and upload it to Mailchimp for campaigns. 2) You can use it for any purpose. Regards, WEB4PRO team
it’s a bad option to buy this mail because it’s not responsive on mobile, unlike in preview mode on mobile on mail builder, the actual look in native app like gmail, or app mail in iOS are not the same, the font size in mobile is very small, if you want to make it bigger, the height of the font remain the same which it looks bad eventually, regret to buy this mail template
Hi, Gmail App on iOS doesn’t support responsive styles, it displays the scaled desktop version of the template, native email client like iPhone mail should display responsive version like in preview mode. If not please send us by email (designer@corp.web4pro.com.ua) a template that you tested and specify what service do you use for mailing. It would be great if you attach some screenshots. But please update your code so that not all prices are lined through. All save and old prices are lined through. (text-decoration: line-through;)
