The designs are nice and support is responsive, but the email builder is just not good. The platform doesn't allow you to create an account where you can save your work and go back later to work on it - you have to save a file to your computer and re-upload it to the platform when you're ready to work on it again. You can't upload images, you have to have them in free access and use a URL to use them. It's only as compatible with MailChimp as any plain text html code would be - it doesn't work intuitively with MailChimp. There are just a lot better email builders out there.
