Very good and light designs

The theme has issues, very weak documentation (only describes how to set few backgrounds and inline properties), and the support from the developer is - not supportive at all.

Get this theme only if you wish to use it 'as is' with slight modifications in just the HTML or JS files, or spend hours and hours fixing the issues and implementing it in your project with no help from the documentation or the developer.
