Any reason why I’m not seeing “Initial Setup” in the import demo data? It seems like I’d have to import every demo (dozens…!) individually…
Am I missing something?

I purchased the sark theme (Item ID:37023981) and the same had been configured in my local system. I can able to activate the the theme and plugins. But unable to import the demo data, when import the demo data its freeze at 99%. also its not thrown any error. It would be appreciate quick support on this issue.

Hi, we have released an update which will fix all the issues. You should get an email from our support agents soon. But here again, are the steps to follow:
1. Download the latest Installation file from Themeforest and simply upload the theme file on WordPress dashboard to update the theme.
2. IMPORTANT STEP 1: Either, reset your WordPress dashboard as new or Delete all the pages you imported using “Import Demo Data” earlier. Make sure to delete those pages from “Trash” too, otherwise you won’t see changes on those pages. See this: https://prnt.sc/JAe4RJBsRozg
3. IMPORTANT STEP 2: Go to “Appearance” > “Import Demo Data” and Import “Initial Setup” demo first. (It may take up to 5-10 minutes to import this depending on the server and internet speed). See this: https://prnt.sc/2P5GtsALLe8G
4. After you get a success message on “Initial Setup” import, you can import any pages you want. Everything should work fine.
