I'm so sad to provide this one star rating, but this author does not appear to be supporting his/her products anymore. In the past, the customer service has been exemplary- rapid, responsive and friendly. But now, I get no response and neither does the Envato/ThemeForest customer support team.
Please consider this before you purchase this theme.
I hope the author recovers from this soon, as I really liked them and their products.f

Sorry about that, please email us at support@ahmad.works so we can fix this issue better, we've stopped developing mega menus in theme options as we've developed better ones at Appearance > Menus and left old one for backwards compatibility, however, I can fix it for you immediately if you're ready to specify the issue more :)
