In the ZIP file, there is some information regarding the support. as well as the website of the framework. But the email provided for the support isn't working. However, I Tried to submit support request directly by envato for my order.. but no response at all.... Not professional at all.

I have opened a ticket for 5 days now without any response, and I also wrote via comment that I have an open ticket without response ...

if you buy a theme where it is also mandatory to pay for assistance but without receiving it, you should change the themeforest rules for these cases ....

One of the best themes I've come across, it is very versatile.

There is no customer support at all for this item. I have tried contacting them on several occasions and not heard anything back. Such a shame because the theme itself is pretty good, but unfortunately without support I won’t be buying it again, or any other of their products.

I love the design, it's so complete and it has great instructions. Easy to work with. 5 Stars. Thank you.
