Hi, Our Website is developed using this Theme and we had to Migrate the Server due to having issues on our previous hosting provider. After Migration the Site is having some issues. And Some of them are related to Entering License Key. But the thing is we don’t have any contact with the previous development team. Is it possible for you to check in your system and reupdate the license key and activate to fix the issues on our website. ? Even if that is not possible we are ok to Buy a New License, But we kindly request you to help us fix the issue as this is a theme based issue. We need our site to be fixed ASAP. Whenever you switch your domain or change the hosting you have to Deactivate the license from the old site, after moving to the new domain you have to activate it again.

Thank you for your reply, But I think you didn’t understand my query. The Main reason is we didn’t have the details of the License Key as it was developed by a different team with whom we lost contact. So that is why we are wondering how to proceed on this. If you could confirm that the Support could help us in this we are fine even to buy a new license for the theme itself.
Since it is the same domain, We thought is it possible for you to be able to help us with the old license key.

Currently, we have no additional edit option for the 404 page. Anyway, you can override the 404 page with the child theme. File location sassico/404.php

The header area is editable by the Elementor page builder. So, you can able to edit the header with Elementor.
Note: there is no option to change the menu opening animation on the mobile version (in that case, you need to customize it yourself)

Hello, I was trying the template and it doesnt look good in the phone some images are not centered or do not appeared at all. Could you help me please? Hello. The ElementsKit Pro plugin needs to be updated. The version I have is v.2.6.4, which is from the original install. The new version of this plugin is 3.0.0. As I explained, there is no update shown for the theme within the installation. I will install the Envato Market plugin in case that’s needed for the updates.
The envato market plugin worked, so I am now able to upgrade your theme. And while the envato market plugin may have been the obvious choice for updates, most of the themes I work with have a theme dashboard with theme specific settings that will provide for updates (or explain that one needs to install the envato market plugin).

With every page I attempt to open with Elementor I get a notice that reads “Your site doesn’t have a default kit—Seems like your kit was deleted, please create new one or try restore it from trash.” I have not deleted anything besides pages and posts, so nothing to restore.
And when I edit the settings, logo, and related with “customize” the demo pages don’t change? I expect that the header and footer is being generated by the Elementor Kit, but since your documentation doesn’t cover the Elementor kit I need to be pointed in the right direction. Thanks.
