Thanks for taking an interest! The scroll speed cannot be adjusted within our theme options but you can edit the theme files in order to adjust this. You could get directions on how to set this from our support team.

Please note that due to safety measures related to COVID-19 the updating of our themes is a bit delayed but please note that we are working really hard on this and that we are constantly working on updating all our themes, however, we can say that the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress as well as it is compatible with the latest WooCommerce as well. You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out. You will for sure be notified when the theme update is out. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

For your information, I’ve found an error in 2 files : style_dynamic_callback.php line 120 and qode_dynamic_helper_function line 182. Theses script calls this function “satellite_qode_satellite_qode_hex2rgb” that doesn’t exist. Cause to this problem, it’s impossible to save qode options in the admin section.
The solution is to rename “satellite_qode_satellite_qode_hex2rgb” by “satellite_qode_hex2rgb” in these 2 files.

Yesterday i updated satellite7 theme from 2.5 to 3.1 the latest one. But I am getting fatal error. And when i add purchase code in layer slider it is showing me the invalid license so can’t activate it.

I’ve updated my satellite7 theme to the last version : 3.0.5 with wordpress 5.2.2.
When I try to save theme Qode Options I’ve an error:
Error type E_ERROR caused at line 182 from file www/wp-content/themes/satellite/includes/qode-dynamic-helper-functions.php : Call to undefined function satellite_qode_satellite_qode_hex2rgb()
I’ve checked theme code with a grep command, satellite_qode_satellite_qode_hex2rgb is never defined.

With the recent update to 3.0, my client is getting this error when loading their website via the Chrome console: GET https://domain.com/wp-files/themes/satellite/css/style_dynamic_callback.php?ver=5.1 net::ERR_ABORTED 500
Noticeable side effects is the logo is the final thing to load, so it’s not visible for several seconds.
Since there are no CSS rules needed in that file, how can I would like to just disable it from loading.

Please, first make sure you’ve installed/activated Satellite7 core plugin. Then go to Qode Options and click on a save button to generate new static files. Everything should be working well after. Also, make sure, your assets (css and js) folder is writable, file permissions should 755.

I bought this theme a while ago, however never used it due to the complex short codes. Do you ever plan to get rid of the short codes and integrate visual composer or wpbakery?

I found the following template error with utilizing WooCommerce: satellite/woocommerce/checkout/form-login.php version 2.0.0 is out of date. The core version is 3.4.0,
Additionally, I found that PNGs being called from “satellite/css/img/” are being requested over HTTP when HTTPS is enabled.

Demo content import XML is from 2013? And theme options are outdated? Works only with shortcodes? Wow is this for real or am I missing something? Looks like a theme from 2013 indeed..

You are able to import our demo content using XML file that is included. Theme options are valid and everything should be working fine with shortcodes even Satellite7 is not our newest theme. Mmm ok I understand, it works (if you feel like copy/pasting a lot of shortcodes) but seems kind of expensive for this out-dated theme.. I will not use this because of the complexity to edit and add pages. Can I get a refund?

We have tested our themes with WP 5.0 and everything is working fine. Gutenberg became the official WordPress editor from WordPress version 5.0. I have 2 queries on performance & updating: 1) When you compare themeforest.net and this template (and many other websites), the scroll performance of this template is laggy. There is a kind of inertia delay when scrolling, and is slow to respond to scroll changes. I have tested this on powerful desktops, laptops and tablets, all with the same result. Is there a way to resolve this by disabling some JavaScript, for example? 2) I’ve seen with other templates you can install a WordPress “Child” template, which you can then modify, leaving the main template unmodified, which makes updating to new versions of the template very easy – is this possible with this template?

When you download theme with documentation from Theme Forest you will find child theme in the downloaded archive file which you can install and use if you want to modify some functionality.

Hello. I have 2 issues.
1. The scroll bar is missing and there is no way to navigate down the page. I checked in different browsers in my Windows 7.
2. The additional menu on the top (right) does not open.
Both issues are missing in ipad, but there are in Windows browsers (IE, Firefox, chrome…)

Try to clear caching plugin cache and disable it and also disable all your 3rd party plugins one by one and test every time in order to make sure that this isn’t plugin related.
