I purchased your theme years ago but I just installed it and when activating plugins "Slider Revolution" plugin caused an issue and throws an error.
And the other issue is Wp Bakery is outdated and I can't update it on my end as it's asking for an update.

Support is a little slow but they do come through in the end of the day.

now, I feel so bad for your comment because you seem like you think the problems of my homepage are from my 3rd party plugins. But I don't agree. becuase I did everything as you told me. I disabled all of pluings and checked the my homepage problems but the problems are not solved. and I removed woocommerce new version and installed woocommerce old version as you explain. but It was not solved as well. I sent you my user name and password and I asked you to check my homepage problems. but you continuesly tell me this homepage problems are from 3rd party plugins.
Actually, I think the strength of wordpress is variable plugins and If I knew I couldn't use other plugins, I didn't purchase this theme.
finally what I want to tell you is I did as your explains but problems are not solved. and Now you are still saying the problems are becuase of third party pluings...

Hello,
We rechecked your ticket and as we could see, you wanted more then 4 thumbnails images for product.
That is possible by default in WooCommerce and of course the same is within our theme if you are using default design which is Below Product Image https://www.screencast.com/t/4qPysE4tPEAx
Since you decided to use the other option On the Left side of product image, there need to be max 4 images to fit design and css style.
We really hope you could understand that we wanted to implement a lot of options to cover most varieties of layouts, but you cannot cover every layout. Also, all third party plugins cannot be tested with the theme, but we are always doing our best to help our customers to use desired extensions. If you need more info about this above mentioned solution, feel free to reach our support team. Really hope, this solution will work for you and you'll change this bad impression you've god and kindly reconsider this bad rating we found is a bit unfair. Thank you in advance. We located all your support threads, which are marked as solved. We went through all of them and established that our agents helped you with most of the things.
