They are very patient with me and all my questions as I am a WordPress beginner. They helped me via email and any-desk in a timely manner. Responsive as can be.
Helped me with the search banner and changing code to display titles differently.

We were attracted to this theme as it had all the features we were needed for a similar (non-auto) type of storefront. The theme has been easy to work with, and the support has been great. We are very happy with our purchase.
Sub category in category page will show dots beside each subcategory head and it not probably organized like it should be similar to main category, also annoying activation code notification show every time even though its activation
