There are no known issues with the latest theme version functioning. Please make sure to use 1.0.6 theme version, update plugins and clear cache.

As a temporary solution to make the theme function correctly with WordPress 5.6 we recommend to use Test jQuery Updates plugin and Classic Editor plugin with the following settings .

As I can see from the error you mentioned you tried to install the whole archive downloaded from Themeforest (with documentation, demo content, etc.) and it isn’t the proper way of the theme installation.
The theme documentation contains rather detailed instructions concerning theme installation – please look through it. The theme documentation can be found at the DOCS folder you downloaded from the Themeforest together with the theme archive (open index.html file in any browser)

The theme uses Woocommerce plugin for the shop feature so basically the theme’s e-commerce functionality is 100% powered by the plugin.So in case you don’t want to use the shop functionalities you can choose not to activate Woocommerce plugin.
