I’ve purchased your theme and installed it yesterday. However, Origin Page Builder is not working when I activate Tiva widgets plugin.
When I deactivated Tiva widgets, this page builder works properly.
Actually, I don’t understand how this problem has occurred as this theme is built using those plugins.
I unticked Use Classic Editor for New Posts, but still same.
Please let me know how to solve it.

I just purchase Scara theme, but I'm receiving some message about compatibility with some plugins like this "Your theme (Scara) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce."
Hi. Yes, you may get problem if update WooCommerce. We have not enough resource now, so we have not plan to update the theme.

hi team i have this pop-up sing about WooCommerce template files, in my wordpress dashboard : “Your theme (Scara) contains non-updated copies of some WooCommerce template files. regarding this i have some issues to fill the product area, i wan to talk about after the “WooCommerce template files”update.

Hi. It because the theme is built on WooCommerce 3.1.2. You have updated the WooCommerce on your website to higher than 3.1.2, so the warning appear. To turn off it, you need modify code on files on folder wp-content/themes/scara/woocommerce. For example: modify line 16 of file wp-content/themes/scara/woocommerce/content-product.php:

hi, thanks for the tip but i still having some issues, for example: the 1st one is feature image in products and post doesn’t load.
2nd – the touch buttons “checkout and view cart” doesn’t work properly in mobil version. it looks like the touch sensor doesn’t recognize the buttons.
3rd – i create a “on sale” products page, and i want to display the category “on sale” but i dont know what plugin use to display those properly … the page is “https://yanier.com.do/shop/on-sale/”
4th – my web was build in Spanish and then in english, the url for english home page is ” https://yanier.com.do/homepage-2-fashion-en/ ” and i want to change it for https://yanier.com.do/homepage-en/ .. ho can i do that?
5th – the widget in the right side of the navigation bar, the one it show my account, wish list and sign out links is displaying the Spanish language as is the first language. i have those kind of translation issues after use pollyland plugin to translate the theme.
6th – images for header and products doesn’t display in woocommerce emails.

If that, the problem because of the core system Wordpress on your website (not related to theme). May be your server not allow to upload image (the permission). You should ask your webmaster about it.
yes, but everything start when i updated the woocommercce, that’s why i ask you to update the theme, we need the update!!! ... i’m reading more people asking you for the update. it’s the first time I hear that the “theme” is not going to be updated. If that the case i want my money back!!!! ... im going to write to themeforest to complain about it.
i updated the woocommerce and i have a lot of problems with the theme …. i need a theme that do all the updates as woocommerce does. I’ve been working in this store for 4 month so far, and you guys are not doing the updates. I need a replay because i have customer waiting for this proyect. Im in final steps to deliver this proyect. i need i have more then 5 issues with the problem i need to talk with a manager on duty. i have three weeks trying to fix this problems with no results, you only answering me every two days reponding stupid answers … this theme is not working because the update!!!!!!!!!
Mobile version doesn’t work properly, “checkout” and “go to cart” is really hard click it. when you go to the product, product zoom doesn’t let you manage the product right.
- As we said above, your problem not related to the theme. It happen on admin, you can’t upload image for product. So it because of the core of your website. You can test by switching theme to default WP theme (Tweenty Sixteen).
- The updating theme is not compulsive task for author. We have many work. So we can only update when we have enough resouce and time.
i sent you more then 6 o 7 above erros that you theme have … Errors___ Hi team, i’m almos finishing with this project, i will need assistance with:
1- products thumbnails doesn’t work properly, when you click it send you to 404 page. it looks like broken links.
2- i need to translate woo commers pages, like: checkout, Cart, My account and Shop.
3- in products page i need to gtranslate “recommended and related ítems” for: Recommneded = Recomendado …. Related Items = Articulos relacionados
4- there is a problem with the translation and the stock: When you buy an article in spanish(last one), if some one buy the same product in english, the store deosn’t show no more in stock. Can you check that please?
5 search results are displayed with some sidebars, how i edit those sidebars?
We remember that we have supported you about the translation via email. The translation is not error. You need study how to translate text for Woocommerce here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-localization/
1- Have you tested with the default WP theme(Tweenty Sixteen). With each problem, please test with Tweenty Sixteen (switch your theme to Tweenty Sixteen). If the problem not happen with the default WP theme, it means our theme (scara) has problem. In this case, could you give us the Admin and FTP to email tivatheme@gmail.com. We will check and fix it.
4- This problem is not related to the theme (it belong to Woocommerce). You can test by switching to Tweenty Sixteen theme.
5- To change the layout of search page, you need modify file wp-content/themes/scara/search.php

You mean the slideshow on homepage (https://gyazo.com/85442b570031b643d6119a88d61fd3c1) not display on other pages? It is default operation of theme. If you want the slideshow on other page, you need config it on your page (put slideshow widget on your page).
no, i dont think you understand. there is a big gap between the menu and the page content even adding a slider makes no difference. All that happens is that the slider is added but the space is still there
