Hello I updated the theme to the latest version but I have problems with the visual composer as happened some time ago. It is not possible to modify the pages. The problem has persisted for some time.

The person who made the website for us bought this theme from you in 2018. They installed it on time-academy.co.uk.

Now I can’t reach the person who made the site.

‘visual content composer’ is not running in the administration panel of my website and I cannot update my site.

It doesn’t work even though I upgraded the php version.

The person who made the site did not give the license code of the ‘Discussion on Schule’ theme.

How can i solve this problem.

There are no known issues with the latest theme version functioning. To make the theme function correctly there is a need to use the 1.1.5 theme version, update plugins and clear cache.

The latest theme version is available for download on Themeforest. To get the theme update there is a need to log in to the account from which the theme was purchased and download the theme. If you don’t have access to the account from which the theme was purchased and can’t contact the person who bought it to get the purchase code, there is no other way but to make a purchase again, appreciate your understanding.

Hello, I am currently using your theme and updated version 1.0.6 to 1.1.1 but I am having trouble using the code-block editor when editing pages ( even using the classic editor plugin ). Note: this theme is being used in wordpress.com not self-hosted and I am using the child theme as well.

You need to be actively subscribed to access new versions of the theme regardless of if you previously downloaded an older version. To access theme update simply download your theme again to get the most up-to-date version.

Hello cmsmasters, unfortunately, I have the same problem as the palmamondal user before (Schule Theme) . Now our customer would like to make a change in the backend urgently and cannot do that due to the visual editor error. Unfortunately, it is not possible for me to switch to WordPress 5.5.3. The current theme version (1.0.9) that is available for download on Themeforest at the moment is compatible with WordPress 5.6. We recommend you to update the theme in order to avoid possible issues with its functioning.

To update the theme download the zip-archive with the theme on your computer, unzip it and upload the new theme version on your server (please make sure there are no nested folders such as schule/schule). I recommend you to rename the theme version you used previously (for example name the theme folder “schule-old”), in such a case this theme version will be backed up at your server.

Besides don’t forget to update plugins as it is noted on the WordPress admin panel after the theme is updated.

Sometimes there is also a need to deactivate the theme and activate it again to make all changes that were implemented function correctly.

Please note that you might need to clear your browser’s cache in order to see the changes.

Hello, I purchased your theme through my Envato Elements account and I was trying to see if there is a way to hide the “Back-to-top” arrow on the theme. I use a video player and whenever it goes to full screen the arrow appears at the bottom and if you click on it the top menu overlaps the player. Thank you for your help.

Hello, How do I change the quotes slider image (the ellipses container) to a larger size? its resizing it to be 75px x 75px

According to the theme design the Quotes slider uses a circle with 75px width (maximum image size is 300px x 300px or the same ratio). To achieve desired result you can either use a css code to change default theme styles and then you can have a 300px x 300px square or if you need bigger image or an image with other ratio you can modify shortcode template via a child theme. We should note that theme customization and code changing are beyond our support policy, appreciate your understanding.

Hi, I have managed to update the slider revolution, and I have updated the theme to1.0.6. But it will not let me update the plugins.

The error message I receive is:

An error occurred while updating MailPoet 3 (New): Download failed. cURL error 77: Problem with the SSL CA cert (path? access rights?)

Any ideas of how to fix?

The error you mentioned isn’t theme-related but is a server side error. It means that the chain certificate files are missing or “broken”. Usually, this is caused by outdated SSL certificate(s) for cURL installed on the server but may as well be caused by wrong or “incomplete” configuration. We don’t deal with server configurations and recommend you to contact your hosting provider – he should be able to help you.
