The design is great but a lot of functionality in this theme is not there which they claim to be like packages has to be bought or all listing goes to pending and admin has to manually approve them. I have bought many theme and i didn't have trouble using them even after few months but this one requires constant support and their support takes time .

All plugins that come with our theme don't require any additional purchase whatsoever. We don't know what are you trying to achieve with Search & Go, but all advertised features work really well with our theme.

This theme looked great from a design perspective. It also looked on the demo that it could do certain simple things well. For example listing. A key and core part of this is not working. It's been more than a week that tech support have confirmed that you can't have attributes on a listing - so essential, can't differentiate between listings, search doesn't work, and also reviews don't work on browsers other than Chrome!

And thanks for noticing this. It seems that issue is related to latest WordPress version, and attributes on a listing won't work in that case. Our developer is already checking this, and fix will be applied very soon, and we will also prepare a theme update because of this.
If you can't wait for theme update, and you are in a hurry to continue working on your project, and you won't be using our product, you can submit a refund request and we will discuss it there.

there are tons of bugs with this theme. I've purchased dozens of themes and this one has to be by far the worst theme ever!

Dear Sirs,
let me tell you that the issue is that if you declare that the theme is translation ready then it should really be. I followed all of your indications until now I translated the theme 5 times. Let me ask you not to say that it is too complicated for me but reconsider what you declared on the theme's description. I am really not available to lose further time on this theme.

I like so much this Theme
Overall great theme, but lots of bugs with text formatting when using page builder. There's also not enough control over which functions can be added/removed from listings.
